Tickets, Purchases, and Refunds

Q. I did not receive an email confirmation for my online ticket purchase, what should I do?
A. You may still redeem your online ticket purchase at the box office using the same credit card that was used to purchase the ticket online. We do suggest that you write down your confirmation number.

Q. Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation?
A. There are many reasons why this may have happened. Here are some common causes:

  • Your internet service provider may block emails sent from addresses it does not recognize.
  • Your SPAM setting within your email client may block emails sent from addresses it does not recognize. If you add our email address (tickets@catheatres.com) to your address book you can decrease the chance that your email confirmation will be blocked.
  • You may have entered your email address incorrectly.

Q. When I purchase tickets from your website, is my personal information secure?
A. Yes. You may notice a padlock icon on your browser window which indicates that you are within a secure area of the website. All data that is transmitted while in a secure portion of our web site is encrypted for your protection.

Q. Do you store my credit card information?
A. No.

Q. Does purchasing an advance ticket guarantee me a seat location?
A. No. Seating is first come, first serve.

Q. Why are advance tickets non-refundable?
A. Once tickets are sold online, it limits our ability to sell those seats.

Q. What is your refund & exchange policy for online ticket purchases?
A. We ask all guests to be mindful of their online purchase. All sales are final, as refunds and/or exchanges can not be authorized. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, date, time and location of the movie you wish to see. At the time of your order, Coming Attractions Theatres will remove the number of tickets you purchase from the theatre’s inventory, reducing the number of seats available for the chosen showtime. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents Coming Attractions Theatres from reselling tickets in the event that you do not attend your chosen showtime

Theatre Info

Q. How do I know if an attraction is starred? A. First go to your local theatre’s page. If there is a “No Passes” above the showtimes of the movie then that is a starred attraction.

Q. What are MPAA Ratings and your R-Rated Policy? A. Movie ratings provide parents with advance information about the content of films, so they can determine what movies are appropriate for their young children to see. Movie ratings do not determine whether a film is “good” or “bad.” They simply provide basic information to parents about the level of various elements in the film, such as sex, violence and language so that parents can decide what their children can and cannot see. By providing clear, concise information, movie ratings provide timely, relevant information to parents, and they help protect the freedom of expression of filmmakers and this dynamic American art form.

Who decides the ratings? Parents. Ratings are assigned by an independent board of parents with no past affiliation to the movie business. Their job is to rate each film as they believe a majority of American parents would rate it, considering relevant themes and content.
All Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc. locations adhere to the standardized Motion Picture Association of American rating system.
  • G: General Audiences – all ages admitted.
  • PG: Parental Guidance Suggested – some material may not be suitable for children.
  • PG-13: Parents Strongly Cautioned – some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.
  • R: Restricted – under 17 requires accompanying parent or legal guardian for ticket purchase.
R-Rated Policy.
  • All Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc. locations enforce the R rating.
  • Persons under 17 must be accompanied to the box office and to the theatre at the time of the showing by a parent or legal guardian. ID is required.
  • Underage persons caught in R-rated features will be asked to leave the complex. No refunds will be given.
